Can I choose which coffees I receive?

We select coffees based on what's freshly roasted and at peak quality. Oasis subscribers have access to a personal coffee concierge who can customize selections to your preferences.

How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

Every bag is roasted to order within 48 hours of your delivery date and shipped the same day. This means you receive your coffee at peak freshness, typically within 3–5 days of roasting.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard with no penalties or fees.

Is shipping included?
